Direct Insurance Billing for your online orders
Here are the steps you need to take to use your health care benefits:
1. Pick your Frame
Pick your Frame and Lenses, enter your prescription, and then enter your Insurance information and go to Checkout.
2. Coupon Codes
During checkout in the Coupon Codes section Enter "Insurance". Entering this code will bring your total back to Zero.
3. Final Check
Upon receipt of your order, we will submit your total purchase amount to your insurance company. Some plans approve the charges instantly, and so we can begin production of your lenses and will ship you your glasses as soon as your lenses are ready. Other plans might take some time to process and approve the charges. In odd circumstances the insurance company might ask you to pay for the full amount first, and then submit the claim yourself. In such circumstances, we will contact you and notify you that you do need to pay first and then submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
