Rates on one pair of Glasses or Sunglasses:
Standard Shipping $19 + $2.50 for Tracking and Signature
Express Shipping $29 + $2.50 for Tracking and Signature
Express Shipping with Insurance $39 + Tracking and Signature included (Extra insurance covers and refunds the cost of your entire purchase in case of loss or damage of your order)
For two or more Glasses or Sunglasses orders, you will receive FREE standard shipping.
10 DAYS 100% RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new pair of Glasses, Sunglasses, Contact Lenses, or Accessories, You can Return them within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly issue you a 100% refund on your purchase. Terms and Conditions do apply.

The Following rules apply to your returns:
Full Refund is issued for all Contact Lenses, Ophthalmic Frames, Non-Prescription Sunglasses, and all Accessories. No Refund can be issued on Manufactured Prescription Lenses for either Sunglasses or Ophthalmic Frames ($25 deduction will be applied for Digital Lenses which are offered for free with any frame or sunglasses purchase).
All Products being Returned must be unused and in their original packaging, with all authenticity tags, manufacturers seals, and included accessories. No refund can be issued for any items that have been used.
All Contact Lenses must be in their original unopened manufacturers packaging. If you have opened your contact lenses, and you have a defective contact lens, make sure you ship us back the defective lenses for a full refund, or Replacement.
You are responsible for all shipping charges. In certain circumstances we do allow you to Return your items to our Pickup/Dropoff locations, at no cost to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order #).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturers.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 1. Any item not in its original condition, and is damaged or missing parts or accessories 2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Other FAQ's about Shipping:
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your returned item is not in it's unused, original condition, then your refund will be rejected and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for us to ship your product back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 35 Harwood Ave. South Ajax Ontario CA L1S 2B8.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
